The Covenant is a 2006 American supernatural action horror fantasy thriller film. The film stars Steven Strait, Taylor Kitsch, Toby Hemingway, Chace Crawford, Sebastian Stan, Laura Ramsey, and Jessica Lucas.

Fandom
The Covenant fandom is a medium sized fandom[2], and is still fairly active in producing fanworks, especially fanfiction. In August 2006 two LiveJournal communities were created, covenant_movie (a general movie community) and covenant_icons (a icons community). In August 2008 one LiveJournal community, covenantslash, was created for the slash section of the fandom.
Shipping
Slash was a prominent in the Covenant fandom and often featuring the Sons of Ipswich: Caleb/Reid, Reid/Tyler, Caleb/Pogue, Caleb/Tyler, Chase/Pogue, Chase/Caleb, Chase/Tyler, Pogue/Reid, Pogue/Tyler. The OT4 is between Caleb/Reid/Tyler/Pogue.
Het also appears in the fandom, with the canon pairings of Caleb/Sarah and Kate/Pogue but also in some crossovers. Reid/Sarah also appears as a rarepair.
