Some Excerpts

Well, I first got involved in the Buffy the Vampire Slayer fandom back in 1999. Discovered Harry Potter around the end of 2003, I guess, and started writing in early 2004.

Hermione Granger. Gah, I don't know why! She's bossy, opinionated, meddlesome, overly emotional in stressful situations, stubborn, insecure, and quite annoying at times. She's also loyal, smart, willing to do anything for someone she cares about, brave, and complex. I enjoy exploring the many facets we glimpse in canon and fleshing her out depending on various possible ways the future could go, regardless of whether it's a gen fic, a romance, smut, or something darker.

Well, I'd say to just enjoy what you do. Fanfic is meant to be fun and you have to be happy with what you're doing. Feedback is great and having people read your fic is wonderful, of course, but always remember that you're writing for yourself and have fun with it. If you're happy, who cares about anything else? *shrug*

Hmm. There are quite a few I've never written. I'd say Snape because I have him in mind but never really attempt to write him. I prefer to keep him in my head, I suppose, and, when I do write him, I get worried that I've fucked him up somehow. Ron is also one that is difficult but he also seems to be one that takes over when I do happen to write him and demands that everything be from his POV so he's getting easier as time goes by.
