Koizumi x Saionji, most known as Soapies and/or Hiyomahi, is a popular pairing within Dangan Ronpa fandom. The ship is between Mahiru Koizumi and Hiyoko Saionji, both prominent characters. It has been shipped since Dangan Ronpa 2: Goodbye Despair was released in 2012. During Goodbye Despair, Koizumi was one of the few other students Saionji considered worthy of truly being her friend.

Koizumi x Saionji is one of the most popular F/F relationships in all of Goodbye Despair fandom.
