sweet jesus this is one of my top 3 fics if not favorite taekook fic of all time!! it’s a wonderfully written mafia au (bless), and while it’s on the more angsty and mature side, it still has lots of cute tk moments. it’s a 307k emotional rollercoaster of plot (oh my god so much plot) and i thoroughly enjoyed taekook’s relationship dynamics as well as the ot7 moments! i can’t recommend this fic enough, it’s a super worthwhile read![1]
The power dynamics between Tae And Kook. The anger. The way the author described love. And the way they showed how love is not always flowers and butterflies. It can be dark and twisted and unwanted.. But still very strongly there.. It’s a story about that kind of love.Other than that all the characters, even the side characters have a complete story.
It’s about love but also about hate. It is about trust but also about betrayal. It is full of paradoxes. The characters were so human. Because human are just like that – unsure, untrustworthy and unpredictable.
I like this story. Give it a read it’s worth it.[2]
