Enoshima x Ikusaba, most known as Despaircest, is a common pairing within Dangan Ronpa fandom. The ship is between Junko Enoshima and Mukuro Ikusaba, both prominent characters. It has been shipped since Dangan Ronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc was released in 2010 and has consistently been featured in fanworks since.

In Japanese, this relationship is called 絶望姉妹 (Zetsubō Shimai), meaning Despair Sisters. This is not to be confused with 絶望シスターズ , which translates to Zetsubō Shisutāzu, meaning Despair Sisters as well, but is used for Despair Sisters.
