Cosmic Vows was a charity zine meant to celebrate a wedding between the characters Lea and Isa, also known as Axel and Saix, from the Kingdom Hearts games. The zine was cancelled due to scheduling conflicts.
About
Approximately in early May 2020, the project ran interest checks, presumably on the founding mod's account (now deleted at the time of documentation). The zine would explore the pairing's wedding and also proposal, wedding preparations, and honeymoon. The proceeds would be donated to a charity for homeless LGBT+ youths that would be decided among contributors and moderators.
Mod applications opened from May 10 to May 17, 2020[1]. Applications for writers and artists opened on from May 15 to Jun 15, 2020[2]. Acceptance emails were sent out on July 13, 2020[3].
The zine came to a halt on September 15, 2020, when the project's social media account annuonced that the zine would be put on an indefinite hiatus due to conflicting schedules of the contributors[4]. On December 11, 2020, the project was officially cancelled in one last announcement[5].
