Above & Below's Dreamscapes is a gen Beauty and the Beast (TV) 70-page anthology.
All fiction previously appeared in Rerun #6, #7, and #8.

It has a sister zine, Above and Below.
Summary
Story lines revolve around all seasons. In 'A Place Among The Shadows,' Vincent discovers the truth about his origins as extraterrestrials arrive to take him home. Buyers should be aware that 'The Sunset Of My Dreams' deals with Vincent and Catherine being reunited in the Afterworld 30 years in the future, upon his death. Diana is featured in poetry and artwork. [1]

Regarding the third season's direction:
DREAMSCAPES contains stories and poetry which reflect all three seasons of Beauty and the Beast. We may not have agreed with all we saw on the tube in the show's third (final?) season, but at least it has inspired new fannish B&B stories, poetry and artwork. Personally, although I was saddened to see Catherine die, I really liked Diana, and would have liked to have seen more of her. Maybe those missing episodes would have filled in the gaps.... Who knows, maybe one day I'll write a story featuring this intriguing lady cop ....

Regarding fan interest in this zine series:
I'm constantly being asked if there will be another issue of Above & Below. Truthfully, I don't know. There has been a distinct lack of submissions from authors willing to rewrite. In a way, I can understand this. Why continue to work on something (i.e. rewrite) when you can find a zine/publisher who will take a story in first draft without a rewrite? My only answer for that is that I want Above & Below (or any other fanzine I publish) to be the very best it can be. And I know the readers appreciate it--that's evident in the letters of comment I receive. Whether or not there is another issue of A&B, there will be other issues of RERUN, where I will be more than happy to include the further adventures of Vincent, Catherine, Diana, Father and the tunnel community.
Bootlegged
As I go to press with this issue, I'm sad to say that the difficulties I've encountered with someone in California selling unauthorized (bootleg) copies of Above & Below #1 continues. Please be aware that no one is authorized to sell copies of this issue, and if you see it being sold at conventions around the country (primarily Creation Cons), these copies are being sold without my permission or the permission of the authors and artists. This amounts to stealing. I'd appreciate it if you could please let me know where and when you see this happening.
