Hi Rossi, I'm sure you're trying to be friendly, but this message really rubs me the wrong way. A. I'm not sure why you're thanking me, since I'm not doing it for you. B. I do the work I can in the time I have. I'm aware of the infoboxes, but I usually don't have the time and energy to add them, especially since I'm on mobile 99% of time and it's a pain to do any advanced editing at all. I'm just trying to record the information I find as I find it, in the hopes that I can come back later and clean it up, or someone else will. The kind of managerial tone you're striking here is a big turn off and pretty discouraging to someone trying to squeeze in a few contributions during a very hectic schedule. If you are an official representative of fanlore, please contact me in an official capacity if you have anything to communicate. Otherwise, please refrain from such messages in the future. -JR

Welcome back to Fanlore. We're delighted to have you here. If you need help with anything at all, feel free to contact me or any Fanlore gardener and we'll be happy to lend a hand. You can use our talk pages (the link to mine is at the end of this message), or our contact form.

We appreciate the new pages you've been adding, but a new page should have an infobox, as well as a {{stub}} template if it is a stub. This way, these new pages can be discovered and added to by other editors, and look like Fanlore pages. The {{stub}} template is particularly important for this. Please follow the advice on Help:Starting_a_new_page when creating new pages so that they are formatted. If you're on mobile and have some difficulty with this, I recommend creating some sandbox pages based off of your own user page where you can quickly copy and paste templates to use when making new pages. That way, new pages will have infoboxes and the stub template.

Hi JR, just as a follow-up to the above: if editing on mobile and therefore adding infobox templates isn't going to happen, please put {{stub}} at the beginning of new stubs. It would be a huge help, as it will make the stub discoverable to other editors who can then go through and add things like infoboxes, links, etc. -- FBV (talk) 00:18, 3 April 2024 (UTC)
