Under the Pink is a personal writing site with fanfiction for Xena: Warrior Princess (both uber and standard canon), X-Files, Anne McCaffrey's Dragonriders of Pern series, and crossover works. The site also contains some fan art, primarily sketches.

It was linked as a site rec at FemFic.org under it's previous name Absinthe's Fan Fiction, which the site went by until some time between January 1999 and May 2001. It was also a part of the Alternative Scrolls of the Bards webring, also under Absinthe's Fan Fiction.

While the website remains live on Angelfire as of October 2023, there appear to have been no updates since some time shortly after December 2001, when the last fanwork update was made to the site.

Fan Fiction

A mixture of complete and in-complete fanworks remain on the site.

• Start All Over - A canon-divergent Xena fanfic, diverging sometime after the events of "Materal Instinct".
• Never is a Promise - A Xena/Gabrielle work, where a painful part of Xena's past resurfaces.
• From the Hands of Rome - Xena and Gabrielle head to Egypt, getting caught up in a journey with Cleopatra, who is determined to save Egypt from the Romans.
• Out of the Darklands - A Xena uber-fic where Xena is an immortal.
• An Ordinary Morning - A Xena/Gabrielle uber-fic vignette, with the character re-imagined as immortals in the 20th century.
• Dragonwarrior - Long-fic for the Dragonriders fandom
• Sleep to Dream - An X-Files/Xena: Warrior Princess crossover
• Afraid to Ask - A Mulder/Scully shippy fic.
