Ultimate Fantasy is a Star Trek novel published in 1983. It was edited by Pam Trelli. One fanzine seller stated that it was "an amateur publication of the Official Bill Hickey Fan Club [TOBHFC]"; however the relationship between the actor, the fan club and the Star Trek series is not clear.
