Three of a Kind is a gen Forever Knight 66-page novel by Susan M. Garrett. It is the first charity zine novella written by Susan M. Garrett for the Geraint Wyn Davies Fan Club, and premiered at the 1996 Weekend With Ger event. Money raised is for the Children's Hospital.
A summary: A devastating dawn fire at the Raven creates a number of casualties, Janette among them. In the middle of facing his grief for his lost friend and lover, Nick must determine the cause. Was it accident or arson? LaCroix doesn't care. He advises Nick that they will have to replace Janette and that it is up to Nick to choose a suitable candidate for the honor. If he doesn't, LaCroix will bring across his own choice . . . Natalie Lambert.
