The Valdemar Merchant was a one or two page publication by Queen's Own.
Its purpose was to sell fan-created things with a Mercedes Lackey or fantasy focus.
From the October 1990 issue of the newsletter: "Remember our advertising flyer, "The Valdemar Merchant", if you have something to sell or are looking for unique holiday gifts."
From the June 1991 issue of the newsletter: "Heyla! The third issue of "The Valdemar Merchant" is now ready. Take a look at what your fellow friends have to offer! To receive an issue please send a legal size SASE."
