The Nimoyan & Spock's Scribes Area-Captain Handbook is an 20-page booklet for area captains of Nimoyan-Spock's Scribes, a Star Trek fan club. It was compiled by Nana Grasmick and edited by Sam Cole, and L'shaya Salkind, "with special assist from K-nut."
The art is by Karen Flanery.
"This booklet is intended for the use of the Area Captains of the Nimoyan and Spocks Scribes only, and is not for distribution to general membership."
