Settings ==> Subtle and running in the background but nonetheless firm and strong. Not everything is told and a lot is left to our imagination particularly the past.

Characters ==> Again subtle, not angsty nor dramatic effect. It's mostly about interactions and reading between the lines. Methos and David Pierson. Methos and Adam Pierson. Methos and an ex. Duncan and Seacouver. Duncan and Joe. Methos and Joe. Methos and change... And ultimately but not definitely Duncan and Methos. It's surprising that a so easy and casual short fic has one of the deepest characterization we can see about both Duncan and Methos.

Plot ==> There's no real plot, it's a slice of life, sweet and enjoyable.

Style ==> I will say fluid. Dialogues and more active scenes marry well, creating an easy reading. Nothing is forced, there's an almost perfect balance.

Interest ==> It builds slowly but easily and when you got hooked, it ends... I want a sequel lol!

In Conclusion==> It's something you need to experience, it'll make you feel good.
