Disambiguating

I have turned this page into a disambiguation as there are two fandoms named Lovejoy with pages on Fanlore now. I am currently adjusting links. Serilly, just to let you know, I undid your edits creating the disambiguation page in order to use the Move tool on the TV show page so that its editing history is preserved. Only Advanced Editors and Gardeners have move permissions, but you can use the {{AttentionGardeners}} template to request page moves.
