Can we move this page to Last Outpost Of All That Is? (There's no "the" in the title.) --Sk 06:10, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

Yes! Just make certain there is a redirect for stragglers. --MeeDee 06:46, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

In which I display my ignorance about Tumblr

I worked on the reviews to add the "who said it when" citation/ref info for as many of them as I could, but: I don't know how to access when a post was posted on someone's Tumblr for the ones that don't display that in the posts themselves. (Is there a way? There must be? Halp?). And there are two tumblr links that confuse me: one doesn't seem to say anything/have anything in it, and the other is a link to the main/front page of someone's tumblr, not a specific post about Last Outpost (both questions are marked in the refs section on the page).

MeeDee (or another tumblr-savvy fl editor!), if you have (updated?) links for the two mystery ones and can tell me how to determine a Tumblr post's posting date, that would be awesome. Thanks! --Sk 08:28, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

I don't know anything about Tumblr but I usually see the date on my dashboard when I hover with the cursor over the top right corner of an entry. ^^° --Doro 16:06, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
I too know very little about tumblr, but like LJ sometimes you can only link to the "front page" instead of a specific post. As the owner adds more posts the specific post will fall off the main page. If that is all that is there, then use the general link and add a note saying: specific post link not available. At least that way we'll give credit to the comment even if we do not have a specific link. Tumblr is very hard to navigate and dates are hard to read (the floating popup date Doro mentioned does not always work in my browser). --MeeDee 16:19, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
Fixed both refs. One was a post consisting only of the subject line (tagged with the name of the story) and the other one was a post about the story with custom tags that I had to use Google to track down (the specific post fell off the front tumblr page). Neither had actual dates that I could see so I approximated from tumblr's general date to find at least a month/year. Thank you so much for cleaning up these refs - I have so much still to add this weekend and it really helps. --MeeDee 16:39, 5 February 2012 (UTC)
Thank you both -- I don't have a Tumblr, so no dashboard, but it's good to know there is a way for Tumblr account holders to (sometimes) get a date for a cited source even if the post doesn't display it in the open! And thanks MeeDee for finding/updating/explaining the links on this page and the other page I had a ref-question about! --Sk 03:32, 6 February 2012 (UTC)

I updated this page with the correct artists for the Tumblr images -- as far as I can tell them, based on who first posted each image. The posts for both animated gifs (this one and this one) are gone, so I wasn't able to confirm whether the users who used them actually made them, so I changed the text on this page from "Tumblr graphic by" to "Tumblr graphic used by". If anyone can confirm the creators please feel free to change it back! --sparc (talk) 04:43, 13 August 2013 (UTC)
