Takashi Shirogane/Matt Holt, also known as 'Miro' or 'Shatt', is the romantic pairing between two characters from Voltron, Takashi Shirogane and Matt Holt.
Canon
Shiro and Matt are close friends who were on the Kerberos mission together. When the two are forced to fight in a gladiator arena upon being captured and imprisoned by the Galra, Matt panics at the prospect of fighting a powerful opponent. Shiro purposely injures him, faking bloodlust so he can take Matt's place and spare his friend's life. When the two are reunited in season 4, Matt awkwardly offers his hand for a handshake, only for Shiro to hug him warmly.

Some fans viewed the arena flashback scene as shippy, as Shiro went to an extreme to protect Matt from certain death.
