Overlord II is a gen Transformers anthology of Transformers stories, comic strips, artwork, toy reviews, and anything else Transformers related by a variety of fans who belonged to either TransMasters or The Survivors (both Transformer fan clubs created by fans for fans.
At least one of those fans went on to bigger things in the Transformers community like Benson Yee.
There were 21 issues. Page counts were typically 30-50 pages with a few 'double sized issues' going up to 100 pages.
Some Club Changes
This Transformers club solicitation letter was circulated via mail by Liane 'Tetra Reris' Elliot in 1993. The letter addresses the lack of material and club updates that plagued the 'Transaction' club; the successor publication and group that replaced the first Transmasters fan club back in the early 90's. The letter is only 1 page, but calls for a new club, mentions organization of the new zine 'Overlord II', and addresses lots of internal drama.
