Edwina Harvey is a zine editor, writer and fan artisan from Australia.

Edwina was born in Sydney, Australia, and worked at the library at the University of New South Wales.

In 1973, STAC (Star Trek Action Committee), a new Star Trek club comprising a number of old D.U.S.K. members as well as newer fans, was founded by Susan Smith-Clarke. Later that year, it was combined with a club run in Sydney by Julie Townsend and Edwina and the name changed to Astrex.

Edwina began contributing fan fiction, articles and poetry to fanzines, such as Beyond Antares and Chronicles, among other fanzines. Edwina was one of the early writers of slash fiction for these fanzines. Since that time, she has won a number of literary awards for her writing, including the Australian Science Fiction Media Award for Best Writer, the Astrex Literary Award for her stories, and the Medtrek Literary Competition for her poetry.

In 2002, Edwina was a founding member of Andromeda Spaceways Inflight Magazine. She also began copublishing The Australian Science Fiction Bullsheet. It was originally published by Marc Ortlieb from 1995 to 2002 as a newszine for the Australian National Science Fiction Association. In 2002 Ortlieb handed over the editorship to the team of Edwina Harvey and Ted Scribner, who produced it till 2010, publishing 101 issues. It won the Ditmar Award for Best Fanzine three times: in 2004, 2005, and 2006, under the editorship of Harvey and Scribner.

In 2018, Edwina received the A. Bertram Chandler Memorial Award for outstanding achievement in Australian SF, presented by Australian SF Foundation.
