Dimensions of Voyager (or Dimension of Imagination) was a personal fanfiction site. It was linked at CPR: The Chakotay/Paris Realm as a J/7 & T/7 site.[1]

Fiction

Janeway/Seven Stories

The Anthropologist - R

Added 29-4-01. A twentieth-century anthropologist arrives unexpectedly on Voyager. Hilarity ensues.
Part One: A Sudden Person | Part Two: Play Date | Part Three: She Does Not Know How To Fly It | Part Four: Life Seen As A Succession Of Dinners | Part Five: What You're Trying Not To Say | Epilogue: In Which A Party Is Held

Wish Upon A Star - anti-P/T, M(ish)

   Added 30-7-99. A little planetfall, a little R&R;, a little heartbreak...

A Perfect Day - R(ish)

Added 16-1-01. Loosely a sequel to Wish Upon A Star. A day at the beach.

Path of Thorns - R

Complete 20/6/00. Set ten years after Voyager returns to Earth, beginning with a reunion dinner at the home of Kathryn and husband Chakotay. A little bit J/7 and a little bit rock and roll.

Lords and Lady Creatures: a cinderella story - R

A tale of Voyager's very first Masquerade Ball. Not very fairy-like.

Vox

Posted 12/5/01. A slightly dark, slightly smutty sort of thing that follows on from "Dark Frontier" (and contains spoilers to it). Self-contained, but intended to be the beginning of a much longer story, wherein the title will make more sense.

Killing Time - PG

Posted 29/10/2000. A challenge piece for the Janeway-Seven eGroups list. Janeway and Seven are trapped in a blown-out Jefferies tube. Janeway tells a story to pass the time before rescue.

Night Time - PG

   Added 16-1-01. Mildly angsty. Short.

Janeway/Seven Vignettes

j7-3 - PG

Another piece of perspective play. No real plot - more an emotion thing. Minor spoilers for "The Killing Game".

Spectator Sport - PG

A Challenge from the janeway-seven list at (then) Onelist. Premise: Janeway and Seven get stuck in a holodeck. Story is told by B'Elanna, because I was playing around with perspectives.

Sensation - PG-13

In many ways ambivalent as to perspective, but believe it or not - a product of writer's block on another story.

The Chill of the Night - PG-13

Added 14-8-99. Semistory/vignette. Not a particularly overtly romantic thing, but may (when I catch up on all the stories I have to write) be the basis for a Seven-psych story. Based on/spoilers for Dark Frontier.

Prayers to Broken Stone - PG-13

Added 4-9-99. Based on TS Eliot's poem "The Hollow Men". It is absurdly short for something that took me a couple of months to write. It spent most of that time 'fractured', sitting in my subconscious making it look all cluttered, and on my hard drive with big gaps in it.

pas de deux - PG-13

Added 18-2-00. Written sometime in '99, I think based on the idea that even the great Captain Janeway needs must buckle under the strain occasionally.

Finite Regret - PG

A little dark. Set just after Infinite Regress.

Janeway/Seven Play

Voyager: A Play for Voices - PG

A completely different format for me, and actually from most things I've read except for Dylan Thomas' "Under Milk Wood". I highly recommend that play, and - as far as I recommend my own fiction - this, too.

Torres/Seven Story

Cauchemar - R

Seven and B'Elanna are captured. B'Elanna comes back with amnesia. Seven comes back a week later. In between, this story happens. Somewhat dark.

Torres/Seven Vignette

The Claiming - R

Added 19/8/99. A single incident, the turning point in a relationship. Not at all my usual style. I was on medication. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it. Warning: Borderline kink in the Klingon style.

Janeway/Torres/Seven Story

Partners in the Sublime - NC-17, PWP

Mild humour, strong emotion, and sex. Women on women on women. Don't say I didn't warn you. Inspired by the Claudia Christian song of the same name. Graphic but not explicit, if you get my drift, but NC-17 for the f/f/f factor.

Janeway/Torres Story

Crunch - PG

Revised 25/3/2000. Told from Janeway's point of view; the captain recounts events in the aftermath of a shuttle crash. Reviewed at the Voyager Fanfiction Feedback Forum.

Non-Romantic Fiction

Fade to Black - PG, depressing

Plague on Voyager. It has elements of subtext if you want to see them (J/7, naturally), but not overtly a romantic story. Quite overtly a depressing story.

Miscellaneous

Arkhangelsk - PG

Absolutely nothing is explicit in this, not even the identities of the characters. Of the stories on this page, this is one of my personal favourites. For some reason, this one worked for me.

Once Upon A 3am Dreary - M (language warning)

Now we get something at the opposite end of the spectrum from Arkhangelsk. This one is deeply silly and rather weird, and was written one night when I was sick and had been for a couple of weeks.

The Lingering Scent of Roses - TNG, PG, P/C

Included just because I like it. It's Next Gen, it's het (Picard/Crusher), and it was written mostly at the behest of a friend; it's also one of my best stories. Its principle purpose was that I was challenged, so to speak, to write a story based on the poem Picard quotes, which was written by Sappho. I am cognizant of irony of using a poem written by Sappho in the only hetfic on this page.

Her Eyes' Silence - PG

Seven of Nine is badly ill with a Borg virus which is affecting her nanoprobes.

Some Enchanted Edibles - PG, humour, Hogwarts crossover

Some enchanted Star Trek character sweets get loose in the Harry Potter-verse. Very short.

Circle - M, Read Or Die, 19k

A story of Nancy and Yomiko, set following the events of the Read or Die OAV.
