Veger is gone, earth is safe and Spock is back aboard the Enterprise at Jim Kirk‘s side where he belongs. Why then is the captain furious with his first officer?This is a lovely exploration of the feelings between the two men. Feelings that drove them apart after the five-year mission, the not so ―simple‖ feelings that brought them back together once again. At not quite five pages, this provides an intriguing peek at the very beginning of the bonded relationship that is to come.
Very enjoyable, but I‘d love to some longer work by this author. [1]
