Cross Our Hearts is a recurring prompt-based challenge for fanworks that crossover or fuse two or more videogames. The event was started in hopes of rejuvenating the sluggish Protocreed fandom, but is open to any videogame crossover work.
It first took place in September 2018; the second iteration happened in October 2019. The event moved back to September for the years 2020 through 2023.
Diverse types of videogame fandoms have been used in the resulting fanworks: everything from Protocreed, to Thief crossed with Dishonored, to Fate/Grand Order crossed with Arknights.
