Anne Higgins was a fic writer. She also published fanzines under the name of Keynote Press.

One of Higgins' most well-known (and very controversial) fics is The Professionals story Alternate Ending to Catharsis.
She passed away suddenly of a stroke on October 7 2023 at the age of 79.[1]
