This is a duplicate. There exist a Peristroika - Elizabeth Urich under the full name (but with a possible typo in Perestroika? I'm not sure how english transcribes the Russian). Merged and redirected! Looks like the zine went for "Peristroika" - that's what it won the FanQ as, at any rate -- so that's the spelling I stuck to. --Arduinna 19:54, 21 September 2009 (UTC)
