StarTrekken was a fan club out of Florida.

It had at least one publication, a 1979 zine called Fans.

Another fanwork was proposed in 1978 called "The Trekker Times," but this may never have been published.

Fans in 1978 could send in for a fic published by this fan club called "A Ray of Sunshine." It was fourteen pages long, and was reviewed in Star Trek Prospers #39:

This review is about a fan written story called "A RAY OF SUNSHINE". It costs 75 cents, is mimeographed, and you can get a copy if you want one from StarTrekken (address above) It was written by James Edward Springer. The title doesn't reflect the story. It starts with the ENTERPRISE being called to Earth for another assignment. Kirk has been promoted to admiral. McCoy jumped for joy. Kirk said nothing, and Spock was passe about the whole thing.

Lt. Powell, head teacher of military history at the Space Academy, was assigned to investigate the disappearance of the "New Calcutta' . It was an orbiting space city that Khan Norman Singh placed in orbit around the planet Mercury. The city fell into the sun while Mercury was on the far side of the sun and out of contact with Earth. After all these centuries Starfleet wants to know who and why.

In order to do this the ENTERPRISE goes back in time to the 1990's. Powell beams down and gets into trouble with a guy called Adam 19. Like Gary Seven he was also sent by aliens, but this time to instigate a riot, not to save mankind.

The plot thickens, but unfortunately the story doesn't. The idea was good but the story is much too short to do a good job. Your [sic] left hanging in too many places with no conclusions even at the end. Kirk isn't a very good Captain, Spock should have stayed on Vulcan and McCoy shouldn't operate without a license. It's 14 pgs. long, and not really worth reading after the first page. SORRY!
