SorLato is a m/m pairing between Sorbet and Gelato from JJBA, two members of La Squadra di Esecuzioni, a team of assassins within Passione.
Canon
Sorbet and Gelato are two characters with very little air time. They are only mentioned by other characters, as an example of how they could be killed if they start investigating things they shouldn't. Sorbet and Gelato died brutally long before the story started and the only scene of the two of them alive consists of a still image where Gelato is sitting on top of Sorbet, putting his hand inside his open shirt. They don't have a single line of dialogue in the story.
Fandom
However, the fact that they are a canonical couple, and that nothing is known about them, neither their personalities, nor their powers, nor their stands, or the reason why they were investigating on their own, inspire fans to fill in all those gaps. This is why despite the lack of relevance in the story, they have relative popularity in the Vento Aureo fandom. Since neither of them have ever been seen apart from the other, Sorbet and Gelato have a joint Jojopedia entry.
In 2021 a Sorlato Week was organized, from August 15 to August 22.

- Angst: Likewise, the tragedy that surrounds them in canon influences that many fan works have sad tones.
