The Newsies Webring was a Newsies fansite webring founded in 1996 and available online until 2006 and later in 2012 through a different link. It included at least 31 sites, recording 15,313 total page views. The only archive of the original host is from 2006, but it uses a promotional image from the Broadway musical, which premiered in 2011, leading to questions of the image's origin. It was run by Erica "Buttons" Brotzman.
