mcyt-cats is a popular Tumblr blog that posts pictures of cats owned by MCYT content creators. It has been promoted by Tumblr staff themselves on Twitter with a short redirect link, http://tumblr.co/OurCats (this link has broken as of December 2023, but the redirect can be seen from the Wayback Machine).
History
The blog was made by Alyssa/Quara.
The blog started on October 10th, 2020, with two initial posts. The first announced the blog's creation, while the second provided an update on its status, stating that it wasn't fully operational yet due to the creator's real-life commitments.
