Books
Lucy and Lockwood share moments together throughout the books. At the end of the series, he gifts her a necklace that his father gifted his mother, saying it represented his "undying devotion." Lucy then wears it and her and Lockwood go for a walk together.
Show
There are several moments in the show that shippers see as romantic moments. Often, Lockwood takes care of Lucy like making her toast and cleaning her wounds. They attend Fittes Ball together; at this event, Lucy wears a necklace that Lockwood gifted her.
