iZombie is a CW television series that was loosely adapted from the DC Comics's Vertigo comic book series of the same name. It stars Rose McIver as the main character, also starring David Anders, Malcolm Goodwin, Robert Buckley, and Rahul Kohli.

Canon

The series that focuses on Olivia "Liv" Moore, a twenty something woman that has her life turned upside down when she is turned into a zombie at a boat party. To survive, she quits her promising career as a doctor and starts working for the Seattle PD morgue. This gives her an unlimited amount of brains to feed her hunger. However, she learns that by eating the brains she receives "visions" of their life, sometimes characteristic traits or skills, other times visions of their killer. Liv uses this power, with the encouragement from her boss, to help the Seattle's PD catch killers while dealing with her undead life.

Rounding out the main cast is Dr. Ravi Chakrabarti, Liv's boss at the morgue who is more fascinated by her condition than scared of it, Detective Clive Babinaux, a newbie dectective that believes Liv's a psychic, Major Lilywhite, Liv's ex-fiancé, and Blaine DeBeers, a drug dealer-turned-zombie whose experimental drug caused the zombie outbreak. Recurring characters include: Peyton Charles, Liv's best friend and roommate, Eva Moore, Liv's mother, and Evan Moore, Liv's brother.
