Emma/Audrey, also known as Emrey, is a femslash pairing of Emma Duval and Audrey Jensen in the Scream TV series.
Canon
Emma and Audrey were best friends since the third grade. However, when they entered high school they grew apart and eventually stopped talking to each other. Despite that, when Emma found a suspicious recording of Audrey she trusted her enough to give it back to her and lie to the police about it. They bond further as the Lakewood Slasher rampages, with both losing people they love. In the end, Audrey saves Emma's life when Piper almost kills her at the dock by shooting her in the chest.[1]

Emma/Audrey is one of the most popular ships within the fandom, having peeked interest in the first season and especially after their relationship was explored more in season two.
Many fans were disappointed when it was revealed that Season 3 was going to be a reboot with a new cast and characters, meaning that Emma and Audrey's relationship would not be explored further within the show.[2]
