Tea & Biscuit Company Press began publishing in the early 2000s and published multi-fandom fanzines in conjunction with Ecto Press which had been publishing Blake's 7 and multi-fandom fanzines under Sheila Paulson since the mid-1980s. They were the follow-on to Jumeau Press which published in the mid 1980s.
