Dramabeans is a popular blog about Korean entertainment, especially K-dramas and movies. Dramabeans is well known for it's detailed recaps of currently airing dramas.

The blog is owned by javabeans, who provides most of the content. She says:

"I started this site because I couldn’t find a site providing decent (or any) analysis for kdramas, a longtime guilty pleasure of mine. I found most commentary on popular culture to be either simplistic (often with shallow or no discourse) or aggressively highbrow (sneering at anything popular as though it were infected with a disease). I wanted to marry the two — to express an appreciation for quality that didn’t automatically dismiss something for being popular. Or, on the flipside of that same coin, to discuss something popular that went beyond surface discussion of the plot or its hot cast."
