DomKat is the RPF relationship between Dom P-C and Kat Barrell, the actors behind the femslash ship Wayhaught. 'DomKat' can refer to both their platonic relationship, as well as a romantic/sexual one, though the latter is often shipped by fans ironically, or with an otherwise tongue-in-cheek vibe.
History
"Do you get turned on when we kiss?"
One of the most well known and infamous DomKat moments involves an interview that occurred with E! Red Carpet and Award Shows at San Diego Comic Con 2018, and can be watched here. In it, Dom is playing Truth or Dare, and upon answering 'dare' is prompted to 'ask a coworker a question you've always wanted to ask but never have.' After some laughter, and being egged on by the rest of the cast, they eventually answer with the following:
Dom: The only thing that I could think to come to my head was [addressing Kat] do you get turned on when we kiss?
After a shocked and surprised reaction from everyone, Kat eventually responded with:
Kat: I would say - like - in moments how can you not?
This moment has gone down in Domkat/Wayhaught/Wynonna Earp history, and garnered as many memes as is likely to be expected, and has been brought up by fans at other conventions.
