Alqua Kalina is a furry fanwriter and fanartist. Great friend of Paul S. Gibbs, and member of extinct Robin's Fanfic Archive. He wrote and drew fanworks based on original fictions from their friends.

The home page of my most "contrarian" advisor, the one I can absolutely count on to spot those little weaknesses that I'd hoped would slip through unnoticed. "Alqua" (kudos if you know the derivation of his "handle") has also contributed several pieces of Fan Art to the Embassy, and threatens to do more, unless forcibly prevented.

Paul S. Gibbs

On October 28, 2015 discontinued his website, which remains online, but with only a warning page.[1]

Fiction based on Murray M. Lee's work

Author Note: This baby's both an homage and a poke at Murray M. Lee's Gambler and Psi. Love this guy's imagination, enough to insert my own character into his realm. If you can get past the rough grammar at times, I recommend G&P.; Lee has an uncanny knack for making likable characters. This fic has an accompanying issue of my lampoon Midnight Star Magazine at the end. Basically the Midnight Star is merely an excuse to shove paintings into the story somewhere.
Author Note: Time for the next level on Murray M. Lee. After some role-playing in a couple of forums, another evil idea sprang to mind. Including inserting one of my personae into the fic itself. Hey, someone has to be the Porn King of Absolin... Rated PG for mature subject matter and situations. Don't get too excited, there's nothing here that you haven't seen on prime time television. Another Midnight Star issue to boot, with interviews as well. Again, best read after the fic.
Author Note: Well it was fun busting Murray M. Lee's chops but his work's been going into overdrive so here it is, the last one (for now) in the series of fanfics. Made more to be cute than to offend, like Cathouse was, I made up for the tameness with Midnight Star Issue 3.

Fiction based on Paul S. Gibbs' work

Author Note: After much badgering from Saia Kferr and legal wrangling with Paul Gibbs of the Sah'aaran Embassy I have no choice but to present something for public consumption. "A Chance Interview" is a piece of fanfic based on a fanfic I wrote based on Paul's work when he was writing fanfic. Confused yet? For what it's worth I did a couple of rough sketches of Ehmtaala and Ehm'Murra.

Fiction based on Saia Kferr's work

Author Note: Now for my revenge on Saia Kferr... I dredged up a story idea somewhere along the line that fit with what had been established on his site. This turned into a useful exercise for both of us. Not only do I now have a better understanding of his world, he has a better idea of what he communicated well and what... wasn't communicated well.
