ANIME Impulse is a convention for anime, manga and video game fans. It's part of the broader Asian American Expo, sister event to K-PLAY! FEST. It was held annually from 2016 to 2020 in Los Angeles, California, with a leap year in which they had to cancel the convention due to COVID-19[1]; it was then picked back up in 2022, and has been held in multiple cities in California since.
It gained notoriety in 2022, after announcing popular Nijisanji Vtuber group Luxiem and the English cast of Genshin Impact voice actors would be guests in their first ever Orange County issue.
