43times24plusone is a fan writer who started writing Lalaloopsy fanfiction after getting into Lalaloopsy dolls in May 2023.[citation needed] He joined the AO3 in May 2023 and his first contribution was making a request to another author.[citation needed] He finally thought of what to post on his account sometime later,[citation needed] and posted his first Lalaloopsy story on October 27, 2023. He is known for his extensive selection of wet and messy fan works[citation needed] and works involving tickle torturing in unusual ways[citation needed], but tries his best[citation needed] to keep his works appropriate for ages 13+ to read. He has never written anything M or E rated.
He first got into the world of fanfiction while discovering the Pinkalicious and Peterrific Fanon Wiki in 2022,[citation needed] inspiring him[citation needed] to make his own AquaticNeptune-based fanon episodes. After a retirement from that wiki for a while,[citation needed] he decided to upload his fics to the Ao3 instead because of the archive's guidelines.[citation needed] He chose Lalaloopsy as the franchise whose characters he would use due to the endless possibilities he can come up with.[citation needed]
His main Lalaloopsy pairings are Mango Tiki Wiki/Patch Treasurechest and Mittens Fluff 'N' Stuff/Spot Splatter Splash.[citation needed]
He always puts "inspired by (year) memories" as a tag, showing what year the original episode and/or YouTube video the fanwork is based off was published in.
His username is a math expression that equals the number that's on his username on almost every other site he has an account on, like DeviantArt, Reddit, Twitter (known as X now), Wikia and Wikipedia. His profile image gives a hint to who he is on other websites.[citation needed]
Common Tropes
- Any drinks shown in the media the fanwork is based off are replaced with whatever Mountain Dew flavor is the current latest flavor as of the month he's writing it. For example, stories written in November-December feature Game Fuel, while stories written in January 2024 feature Baja Blast which became permanent that year.
- Jewel Sparkles doesn't like messes, but Spot Splatter Splash loves them. In fact, the latter usually subjects the former to them (first shown in 1LFW23) and gets sick gratification from doing that (especially shown in 3LFW17).
- Spot Splatter Splash is extremely ticklish, first shown in 1LFW11. Her feet are the most ticklish spot, revealed in 2LFW25. So far, Feather Tell-a-Tale (2LFW25, 3LFW21), Jewel Sparkles (3LFW19), and Peanut Big Top (3LFW25) tickle tortured her there. Crumbs too (3LFW13) if rubbing in a substance that tickles her feet counts.
- Introduced towards the end of season 2 of his fanwork series, Feather Tell-a-Tale, who was never shown in any Lalaloopsy animation, is shown to be a tickle tormentor. She opened up a tickle spa in fan work 3LFW21.
