The Less Than Legendary Journeys is a shared universe fanfiction site for Hercules: The Legendary Journeys and Young Hercules. The site hosted fanfiction by a group of writers including Helena Handbasket, Ltlj, Naomi Prince, Liz Sharpe, Carolyn Golledge, Fyresong, Mary Crawford, and their various pseudonyms. They wrote stories that were all part of the same shared universe, which included collaborations as well as sequels and prequels to each other's stories. The site specialized in comedy, and its mission was to be as irreverent and strange as the original show. There were some serious angst and hurt/comfort stories, and genres included gen, het, and slash. There was also an image archive, and a section for non-fiction essays and commentary on the fandom.
The archive also has a zine, The Less Than Legendary Journeys.
