Another user uploaded File:END OTW RACISM.pg which is a clean version of this same graphic. Can we delete this one? Thanks!

Hey Silent oath. The only problem we've now got is that the current graphic seems really small to me in the infobox, and increasing the size decreases the quality of the image. I suggest we leave the two uploaded and discuss further before we decide whether one of them needs deleting. Hey, OMAW~ I uploaded yet another version of this graphic, I re-did this one to match the size of the one you uploaded and the clean version from the other user.
