The gif was made from a fan's concert video uploaded to YouTube on February 25, 2013, from the 1D concert the previous day: Twitter Questions into Last First Kiss - One Direction (at the O2 24.02.13) uploaded by CatyDreamDwyer, with 22,142 views as of 5 October 2019. Note that if you watch the original video, ten seconds after Harry seems to stop himself from touching Louis, Harry moves in behind Louis with a hand on Louis's shoulder to whisper in his ear.
