Newkidfan is a multimedia artist in who is active in a number of fandoms. Her videos have been shown in vidshows like Vids That Push the Envelope as taking an experimental and groundbreaking aesthetic approach to vidding.
On LiveJournal she runs artword, an SGA challenge community that pairs artists with writers. She also keeps popular journals for icons and layouts.
