"Want so BAD" is a SKZ-RECORD song.
By the 31st of December 2023, HAN and Lee Know's collaborative song "Want so BAD" surpassed 5 million views on YouTube, having been uploaded on the 14th of October 2023, reportedly making it the fastest Stray Kids track to reach that milestone[3].
On episode 8 of 2 Kids Show, HAN & Lee Know partially sang Want so BAD after discussing its creation.
Fandom
A fan translated several bubble messages in which Han answered questions about the song and its production[4].
2min
One Stray Kids fan, likely a 2min shipper, was said to have used AI to replace Han's voice with Seungmin's[5], and had edited Seungmin into the cover art[6], replacing Jisung. This rubbed other fans the wrong way, and they called for people to report[7] the now removed YouTube video[Dead link].
Minsung
Shippers have lovingly joked that this was their coming out (as a couple) song, fueled by the fact that the album cover for the track featured images of just the two of them plus some typography and art. One of the images included could be interpreted as suggestive of a kiss, as they are both wearing lipstick, but Han's is somewhat smudged out of place. It actually occurred during a game where they were to try putting on lipstick while driving bumper cars; and Han smeared the lipstick when he bumped into Lee Know[8]. Context for the photo is not given on the album cover. Another image is from their "Peporo Date" as fans call it.
whatever you do don’t think about how in 2 kids song, the other duos were discussing on the theme/lyrics/topline etc but you have minsung playing fruit bingo and then now Want so BAD’s lyrics talked about how the main character couldn’t get any work done
One fan made a Video Essay[10] about the song, implications of its release, and album cover.
Due to the color scheme, pink and green, it is common for Minsungers to share images featuring those colors, with a caption like 'Minsung is everywhere!' There was a fair amount of discussion, including polls, on who was 'pink' and who was 'green'.
Proof Against Fanservice Accusations
Some fans took the editing out of the song[12] from the re-stream, on 05 May 2024, of the 31 March 2024 fanmeeting[13] as proof that Minsung is not fanservice.

Some blamed the fact that initially, HAN and Lee Know had looked up the lyrics on a staff member's phone, thereby accidentally advertising a phone other than the one they are contracted to.

It wasn’t just the phone though. It was their whole reaction. And for a stream that isn’t technically supposed to be saved… just edit it out and be done. 🤷♀️

it was only when they were looking up for the lyrics and han came back w ss phone later to sing w lk. there's no reason for them to edit out the entire performance.
