Bistro Huddy is a TikTok and YouTube webseries by Drew Talbert – who also plays all the characters – which is set in a fictional restaurant. It draws on Drew's experiences over 20+ years of being a restaurant server, and includes a mixture of one-shot episodes and longer story arcs.

While there are more than 180 episodes as of May 2024 tagged with #bistrohuddy, the skits focused on working in a restaurant started under a different hashtag (#serverlife), and a number of episodes are untagged. There seem to be at least 650 videos focused on restaurants and servers, either with the later established Bistro Huddy characters or in their early iterations. The series is extremely popular, with recent episodes getting more than 2 millions views, and often in excess of 4 million.

After the series became more popular, the fandom for it moved out from just the platforms the videos were hosted on such as TikTok and YouTube and into other fan spaces like Twitter, DeviantArt, Tumblr, and Archive of Our Own.
