Yes, you certainly can! I've made a first effort at putting it up as a page here (https://fanlore.org/wiki/Frank_Spotnitz_Interview_with_Blondie%27s_Ratcave). At this point I'd like it under Fanlore's care. I'm not a really experienced formatter of wiki-in-general - there may be some much better ways of presenting it. But it's a start.
