Tyreese Williams/Karen is the het pairing of Tyreese Williams and Karen in The Walking Dead fandom. They have a canon relationship on the TV series.
Canon
Tyreese and Karen meet when Tyreese and his group seek refuge at Woodbury. After The Governor kills the majority of his people, Rick's group finds Karen and she leads them to Woodbury. Karen convinces Tyreese and Sasha not to shoot them and let them in. Between the end of Season 3 and the beginning of Season 4 there is a time jump of several months, during this time Tyreese and Karen develop a romantic relationship. A deadly sickness spreads throughout the prison and Karen is one of the first victims. Karen is quarantined in another part of the prison in hopes that it will stop the illness from spreading. When Tyreese goes to visit her he finds that she has been killed and her body burned.
Fandom
Although a canonical pairing Tyreese and Karen are rarely featured in fanworks. Perhaps because their interactions on screen were limited. When they do appear in fanfiction it is usually as a side pairing. Although, when Tyreese is the focus he is often portrayed as trying to cope with Karen's death.
