The Whitewood Bulletin is a gen War of the Worlds letterzine by Denise and Sandy Stoltenberg.
It appears to have been planned originally by Deb Laymon, From a July 1993 ad in GAZ: "An all new WOW l/zine, is in production. Due to a lack of input, I expect to have the first issue out by Christmas. As I don't have a price or page count yet, this edition can be had by sending one Legal sized double-stamped SASE. I am still seeking LOCs for the first issue. Guidelines are simple: adult conversation, preferablly on the scientific, psudoscientific, or literary aspects (as in character and plot) of WOW. Please type LOCs, or if handwritten, neatly printed. From Deb Laymon."
There was only one issue.
