Stallions Gate was a Quantum Leap convention held in England at the Rutland Hotel.
This con may be associated with the mailing list Stallion's Gate (mailing list) which was created in 1996. The term "Stallion's Gate" was the name of the town in the show where the project facility was located in New Mexico.
