SoupFiction.net was an early 2000s multifandom fic archive that ran on eFiction software.

As of September 2004, the archive had 8023 stories by 2473 authors with 32388 reviews and 4801 members. The archive had the following categories: Anime, Books, Celebrity, Comedy, Games, Lists, Misc, Movies, Music, Original, Poetry, TV Shows.[1]

From the About Us page:

SoupFiction.net was set up in early 2002 after a very popular fanfiction website cut back their services and started charging for their services; although we are not as advanced as many of these other sites, we offer a simple, free service for everyone to enjoy. Basically SoupFiction.net is a "No Frills" website, offering basic services for nothing - sounds good, doesn't it? SoupFiction.net allows Authors of any age, gender, country or religion, to post and review stories by other Authors their own age.[2]

In September 2004, the website went down. The archivist initially had a post explaining that the archive would be back up soon, but the website never reappeared:

We will be back! Don't worry! Our webhost is not happy with our resource usage and as such they replaced our index page without our knowledge.[3]
