This is a duplicate of File:Stansmissus.jpg. Do we need both? --Doro 20:31, 29 May 2012 (UTC)

Yes, Stansmissus is an image of a zine cover. This is the art piece itself, without the text. This image was uploaded at the artist's request to illustrate the influence Lovett's Timeless had on the drawing. The art piece also has its own title not tied to the zine. Plus, the zine text is not part of the original design or Suzan's influence. I see no reason we cannot document how the drawing looks in its current form - and also how it was used in the context of the zine. Actually, that would make an interesting article - how art is modified when it moves onto zine covers. How the look and feel of the art changes when combined with text. How some zines place removable plastic covers with the zine title so that the buyer can first admire the cover as part of the zine - and then, by removing the plastic cover admire it as art. So keep it in mind as we look for 'duplicates' - and the fact that we would need multiple examples across Fanlore to be able to write such an article. I wish we had thought to scan this zine cover [:File:Noholds4.jpg] both ways. Ah hindsight.....--MeeDee 21:16, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
Yikes. I think I did a dopey thing and deleted something (the "duplicate") I wasn't supposed to. I'll restore. --Mrs. Potato Head 21:41, 29 May 2012 (UTC) I put it back. I didn't realize that they were two images, one with text and one without. Sorry! --Mrs. Potato Head 21:44, 29 May 2012 (UTC)
