Brenda F. Bell is a fan writer, filk artist, and webmaster in the Forever Knight fandom. She also stuffed and dressed a set of six fannish teddy bears in what she dubbed the Ger Bear Project.

As an FK fan, Brenda considers herself a member of the FK Pagans, Unholy Alliance, and Celtic Glowworms factions, as well as the short lived Pit of Condemned Bimbos Survivalists.

On her involvement in Forever Knight fandom, she has said:

I found [FORKNI-L] through Mickey's FK loop list on Onelist (later part of Yahoo Groups). I never really got into the main character-based or relationship-based factions. Most of my subgroup time has been with the Celtic GlowWorms (fair-skinned enough that some of us had encountered "glow in the dark" jokes), the FK Pagans, and a couple of short-lived fractions (Unholy Alliance: a Nick-Nat-Janette trinity relationship group, and the Pit of Condemned Bimbo Survivalists: tongue-in-cheek preppers who "expected" to survive the pit).

I participated in Wars 9 and 10 with the combined Celtic GlowWorms / Tequila Fiends faction, and War 11 with the Die-Hards. I kind of ran out of time to participate by War 12, and a lot of the people I'd had fun Warring with/against had gafiated by that time.
